I lost mine, and my liscense was suspended and hence taken away...so now all i have is my social security card.

In the US some states have a state office that keeps these records and issues a new birth certificate, in others the county court house in the area where you were born keeps those records.
You contact them, pay the fee and get one.

It depends on where you live. Some places you can go to the Health Deptment and fill out a form. But you will have to have some other form of ID to do this.

go to the town you were born in and pay 7 bucks to get a new one
