first all civilians of Pakistan & indian who were occupying in conflict area must aware who the are real enemy of them. perharps india blessed there are two honests Diplomat's in top position. what about pakistan rulers (i'm sorry) they have to be come on one platform.[no matter executive power is enough for honest peace lover] which they deliver offense to next generation or peace. at least peace intension must for peaceful kashmir. and poverty and illiteracy is main enemies of both countries
as asian i know this is can be solve by without blood. formula > collect who is patriotic of kashmir evacuate terrorists or living innocents & who is real well wishers of india muslim trouble making partial[party's] separatist or [hindu patriotic political foxes] or generous diplomacy holders who not attend even school. they can bring permanant peace to indo-pakistan conflicts please don't find similarities of middle-east crisis. main solution is don't blend irrelevent issues into border problem[religion]
