It's called Kumi Ori, it was written by a Messianic Jew named Batya Segal.
"arise, shine, the light has come; the glory of the Lord has risen upon you."

I had it on CD some years ago, but can't find it again. I've searched Napster, and pretty much the whole internet, to no avail. Can anyone help me?

What you could try is go to google and say "lyrics for (the title) by (the artist). so you would say "lyrics for kumi Ori by batya Segal. That's would I would do. Good luck!
