The US is better at that game by far. We paint an illusion of prosperity, happiness and success to the worldwide audience- while underneath, our government is every bit as corrupt and murderous as the worst of what they splash our news channels with about other places. A chocolate covered turd is still a turd.
Perhaps we just hide it from ourselves, I don't know if most other places are half as fooled about america as we americans ourselves are. If we stopped being collectively so high and mighty as a country we would learn that we still have a hell of a lot to learn.

Mexico has the corruption game down to a science. It's so much a part of the way of life down there that the Mexican people don't even question it anymore.
Corruption, and the exposure thereof, still makes the news here in the United States, which means that we've yet to resign ourselves to corruption as a way of life. Yes, we have corruption, but it isn't institutionalized like down in Mexico, and we still have a sense that we can fight it.

Mexico is no good at playing the corruption game. They've got their cards on the table and everyone knows what they're up to. It's no secret they're corrupt.

It's game, set, and match to Mexico, hands down, on that one. Just read about PRI for reference, Mexico's been waaay rotten, and they've got miles to go before they're even in the same ZIP code as the US in terms of trying to clean that stuff up. The 'buck' in this case, clearly stops in Mexico...

The US of course. It can be corrupt and still provide for it's citizens and the citizens of Mexico, fight in a war on two fronts, and still manage to be a world leader. Isn't she great?

Difficult to say, Mexico dont care who knows about its corruption but the U.S tries to hide it. So I would say the U.S.

What sort of corruption?
Using your leadership of the country to shape the world as your business interests would have it regardless of restrictions in its Constitution?
Or taking payoffs and failing to provide basic services to entire classes of people.
It depends on what sort of corruption is to your taste, I suppose.

USA.....
Put it this way, Mexico doesn't hide the corruption, its in your face, so they don't really play the corruption game to well.....And USA, hell they are so sneaky, they smile at your face, all the while they are stabbing you in the back......
USA WINS HANDS DOWN!
Great question.
