This is certainly a very good question. In general, human beings always look for the easiest way to solve a problem. In the countries of illegal immigrants, their countries are in horrible condition. It is 100 times easier (or more) to come to the United States illegally and get by than it would be to protest or "fix" their own countries. And until the U.S. Congress makes up its mind on policy decisions regarding immigration, you cannot blame these people for doing what they are doing. You would do the same thing, too. However, you can blame our Representatives and Senators who fail to decide whether the 11 million or so illegal immigrants should be forced out, or can pay taxes, register and become citizens. You can blame corporations for hiring illegal immigrants when they shouldn't be. Blame the Americans who allow them to get here so easily. Blame the federal government for being so indecisive regarding border fences and troops to the border. But do not blame illegal immigrants. They are doing what is best for them. And they are RIGHT in doing so. I personally believe they should all be kicked out or at least not get benefits from my tax dollars. But I complain to my government, I don't hate the illegal immigrant that works as a janitor down the street. He's doing what's in his best interest. But they just CAN'T fix their own countries and shouldn't be expected to. It DOES suck so bad there. So much so, that in some cases, they don't even have the right to protest and could be killed doing so. You wouldn't put YOUR life on the line when it is so easy to come to America and start a new life illegally, don't pretend that you would.

Like Angela_R said, citizens of Mexico and many other countries protest against their governments on a regular basis. We also vote and work to make our countries better places to live. We don't always succeed, just like US CITIZENS who protest for a variety of reasons don't succeed either.
Some protests I can remember:
Venezuelans protested against Chavez in 2004. They managed a recall election, but Chavez won anyway.
Nicaraguans have been protesting against corruption since early this year. Now they've moved on to protest against the likelihood of a rigged election.
Students in Chile also protested earlier this year.
Now Mexicans are protesting because of the electoral fraud.

Hey I dont think you get it. People come here to work and then send the money back to their homeland.
They just dont get everything free, and anyways you can always hear people discriminating them, they wouldnt come here just to be carefree. And if all the "illegal aliens" would go back to their own countries, you wouldnt even be able to buy some puny chiken nuggets even if you wanted to.

They do have peaceful protests, trying to bring attention to there plight. People from all over Mexico go there and protest the injustices of their country.
