No its not her fault... and for those who says if a girl wears revealing clothes it make it her fault, then i would say a girl will not abuse a man if he is walking naked so why is it alright if a guy abuses her.... what she wears is not a license to abuse her.....
If a girl is sexually abused its not her fault, she is the victim here..... but if she keeps quiet and blame herself then its her fault, coz she is letting this person do the same to some other girl.......
Speak to an elder whom u can trust, and ensure the animal is not let out to find another innocent girl

No, it's not her fault unless she's abusing someone else. If she's sexually abused usually she'll try to find some way out of it, but then may be forced to or she might get hurt, which isn't her fault. She did pretty much everything in her power to deal with it.

It depends. Theres a party where theres drinking and men and she and her parents know it. Naturally her parents won't permit her to go to that party.Lets say she sneaks out and goes to the party where she is sexually abused, then its partly her fault, If she's sexually abused when she's just walking around the campus in daylight , then its not her fault, just another one of those crazy guys you see on the news.

it is not usually her fault because most abused girls do not know what leads to the abuse, like trusting someone who is a rogue. at times it is the girls fault when she is led by the hand and she follows, always get an opinion from a more experienced person on how to avoid pitfalls.

If by "sexual abuse", you mean an adult having a sexual relationship with a child, the answer is NO NO NO. Children are easily manipulated and cannot consent.
