why does my computer keep saying im using a trial version?

i downloaded a copie of Commview the other day but it was a trial, when it ended i errased it and downloaded another real copie of the program, but whenever i try to open it it says "this trial version has expired" and i have downloaded this program like a dozen times from a dozen different places what can i do to make it work

you have to remove it from your computer, not just delete it. you still have files from it in your registry. go to start, control panel, add or remove programs. find it, and remove it then re-install it.

Make sure you have completely deleted the program from "control panel" "add/remove programs", and also the zip file that you downloaded. Then reboot your pc.

Then go back and download the paid version. You should have an "unlock key" when you purchased it.

Reinstall it from the beginning and it should work.
