At first I go attracted to my boyfriend because he is a cutie. Then i found out that he is a medical student. Its not the money for me, its because he is smart and has a great personality. What about everyone else? why do you find doctors so attractive?

I don't. They usually have a god complex.
BUT ultimately they have

and are never home and underfoot.

They can make a commitment other then waking up in the morning and masturbating everyday ....
they're smart ....
most of them have a great personality ....
charming ....
humorous ....
they're not afraid to go for what they want out of life ....
they're sexy in their Doctor's coat ....
not hard to find a job ....
they're caring and nurturing ....
they make everything better ....
I can go on and on about the things I find attractive about doctors ... it's not always about the money ... good for you ... he sounds like a keeper ... !

I think we have a tendency to be mesmerized by their "smarts"! Most doctors are well-respected for their knowledge and a lot of people thinking smart is sexy! I know I do!!
