I know I have gallstones, but the ultrasound didn't say how many or how big. I considered doing a flush, but haven't yet. What is the Heida-Scan like?

Heida scan is done in radiology with radiopaque dyes. It can make you feel flushed, but isn't uncomfortable. It is very costly however.
You doctor is right, if you have gallstones now, it doesn't matter how many or how big, because those stones will continue to grow until the problem is severe. Better to have it out before it gets really bad. Less risk of inflammation and infection if done before the gall bladder ruptures because the stones block the common duct and the bile backs up. Less painful and quicker recovery as well.

Hi Lioness, I attempted to discover "objectified" and "objectification" within the dictionary and no pleasure. Well, I'm no longer precisely certain I comprehend your queston, however consider I could have an inspiration. Anyway, have you ever ever heard of the "bell curve"? It's a curve that's formed like a bell and does a well process of representing facts. As for cosmetic, at one finish of the curve we've got the least gorgeous and on the different finish probably the most. The identical could be actual for earnings ... poorest on one part and richest at the different. In the core of the bell we've got all of the normal individuals. I consider what you are announcing is right, however simply easily a truth of lifestyles. We have the whole spectrum for each genders. As for why men do not protest ... I wager they notice that it is simply the way in which matters are and protests are not going to difference whatever. Hope this is helping!

I had one. No big deal. You drink some stuff that will show up on the scan. After you drink it you come back in about an hour and the radiologist will watch the liquid try to enter your galbladder. If it's blocked with stones, it won't go in. Mine was blocked and I had my galballder removed the next day. Another no-biggie.
