I read somewhere that it takes 30 days to create a habit. If you can make yourself not have one every day for 30 days then you'll have the habit of not having a drink....I think? Should work. Maybe you can find something else to do that interest you during the time that you would normally have that drink. Maybe take a walk. That would give you good exercise as well as take you away from the house where the drinks are. Also, if you live alone, get rid of the stuff you don't want to drink, so it's not right there so readily available.
