I live in Pakistan (3rd world country) i know it sucks bcause you cannot get all kinds of stuff you need at the right price. I needed to know how can i get my teeth to get white fast. Fast and effective way.PLZZZ HELP !!!

just use baking soda and peroxide and I just mix a little of each until it forms a paste like toothpaste and then I brush with it after I brush with my regular toothpaste. You can do it twice a day.

Get a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide ...2-3 x weekly ....hold some solution in your mouth for 2 minutes...it will foam and bubble out some...if you need to let some out ...go ahead...but keep it in contact with your teeth for 2 minutes. DO NOT SWALLOW IT ! Then spit it out really good and rinse with plain water...follw up by brushing your teeth as usual and you will see immediate results...use 2-3 times a week till you get the result you want.

depends how fast.. if u have a week, crest white strips. If not.. go to yuor dentist and they should have a UV light that they put on your teeth for like 10/ 20 minutes and your teeth get whiter!

Try putting peroxide in ur tooth paste are directly on ur teeth after brushing it want last long so u need to do it every day !
