I have allergies and take daily meds, we had a leak at my office, and now everyday after about an hour I get a headache. noone else can smell the musty smell of the mold but me, at home I do not have a headache so it has to be mold.

my question is how long after mold exposure would symptoms be noticed?

the body reacts to allergens very quickly, it is a survival mechanism. If you are experiencing symptoms within an hour of getting to work, and they go away with in an hour of leaving work, then obviously there is a culprit on the job. Suggest you contact OSHA about regulations for your particular workplace.

If you suspect mold as an allergen then I would get an allergy test to confirm this. Headaches are just the tip of the iceburg concerning mold allergies.

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is robust for allergic reactions. Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and cinnamon plus a sprint of cayenne to a cup of grape or apple juice 3 time an afternoon for a 2 weeks.
