A friend of mine got married in 2004 and her husband chokes her out, she moved to germany and she has no family of friends over there. She recently came back because her father went to get her but she was only here for a few weeks and her husband told her he would change and so she went back to Germany. Im afraid that he keeps hitting her and i don't know what to do, her husband is in the ARMY and i don't know who i can contact to let them know whats going on.

She can report her husband to the Provost marshall on base., return here and file a restraining order and divorce his wife smackin ***. her parents may allow her to stay with them until she can get on her feet. but no person should be treated like that by someone who "loves" them.

Get her out of there and put her in a safe place.Women in Distress is an organization well versed in these things.They helped me help myself,while also providing a safe place,and counseling.

You can contact the nearest army base and ask them who you can report it to. Good for you for taking up for your friend. Often people let themselves stay in bad situations b/c of a broken self esteem/lack of self worth,etc. be there for her as much as you can and he shoudl get in trouble for his actions!
