How can i gain some confidence? the only things i am good with are rejection and er well i will get back 2 u on that

practice at it! wen a girl cums & talks 2 u insted of bein embarrassed feel flattered shes ther cuz she fancies u u cud even act a bit cocky bt not 2 cocky we h8 tht. Go ova & talk 2 random girls not cuz u fancy them necessarily bt cuz u can & u neva no u cud make a few friends who will help. show off ur best features if uve got a nice a**e wear bum huggin jeans tht will boost ur confidence cuz girls cant help bt luk at nice blokes bums lol!!

To gain a confidence u should attain some knowledge to ur field. Think always positive and truth. Fear has no role on this subject.
Rejection shows ur weakness to others and taking long time to for ur subject to do... shows, that u r not interested to that task.
Be brave , be a man....

Stop being negative. If you are shy, then look at how people you know approach others and are successful.
Think about your good traits, because don't we all have some?
Tell yourself that you're ok, and go out there with a positive attitude.

Just don't have fear, (most) people won't bite. Tell yourself 'your confident and you're the man' and people will notice. Going out can be a good practice. Just make sure you don't turn out too arrogant.
