Any collectors of old milsurp rifles? K31's, K98's, Springfield 03's, 91/30's, M44's, M38's, SKS's, Yugo, Turk or Egyptian Mauser's, Carcano's, Luger's, CZ52's, M1's, M14's, (not really interested in M16's, M4's etc, or AK's) Are you a member of a local club or a national club for milsurp collectors? Is a C&R really worth it if i plan on collecting milsurp firearms and antique firearms?

if you want to collect you don't need a C&R unless you want to buy direct from distributors. Go to a dealer fill out the 4473 on those items you want to have and your done with it.

A C&R and an FFL cost money to keep.. You need to have accurate record keeping in the event ATF decides to audit you or if one of your weapons get's stolen, also you need to have a lockable safe place to store this items as per regulation if you do a C & R or FFL.

Just my 2 cents..

I have an interest in milsurp rifles, however I don't have enough money to buy many. Once i get through college and get a job I would probly pick up the hobby however.

The problem is your focusing on the things in life that don't really matter. When I was a kid I had hopes and dreams. We all did. But over time, the daily grind gets in the way and you miss the things that really matter, even though they are right in front of you, staring you in the face. I think the next time you should ask yourself "Am I on the right track here?". I don't mean to be rude but people like you I really pity. So maybe you could use the few brain cells you have and take advantage of the knowledge I have given you now. Good luck.
