Yep. We're all sinners. Certainly every human being who ever deliberately insulted or hurt another person or pushed themselves further away from God, is a sinner. Jesus said there are only 2 commandments: Love God, and love others as yourself. We have all broken both of those dozens of time. God welcomes us all because He loves us--why, I have no idea! It's not like we deserve it! Anyway my answer to anyone who asks if homosexuality is a sin, is that being judgmental is also a sin.

Personally I don't think homosexuality is a crime since we are all made in His image.
How can we all be born sinful? People are born sin-free. We learn to sin as we grow. Children are not born knowing how to hate or discriminate. They love everyone and everything unconditionally. They only learn to hate and discriminate as they get older.
All members of the clergy are men or women? Is there any other species that are clergy?
Everyone has sinned. It is not restricted to gay people or the clergy and we will all be welcomed by Him when our time is up.

Why not ask Nature? Can a human come into this world without both man and woman? Which of the two species body is 70 %designed to support the development, feeding and delivery of life?
How does nature get this process started and what is the name given to this process? SEX, I think.
And unless you missed or haven't got the idea so far, what you believe or do not believe influences natures law/process not one bit.
Add to this, a city with no sewage system, no toilet and everyone
just pass their waste where ever! I wonder how long they would live? Now we have the homosexual type, lingering around waiting for some male to finish his business so he can ram his penis up the other mans butt hole where his waste just came out!
His sperm cell rush in and are greeted with a huge piece of turd that waited until later to come out.
This is what you want me to accept/understand as nature providing a choice between a male or female and you want to equate this to human sexuality? To say that a males butt is the same as a female makes it a criminal act to even respond to such a thought. Too, it is a travesty to the female.
The BIBLE, in more than three different books, say "if a man uses another man as a woman, or if a female, use another female as a male, slay them both! And GOD cursed them with these desires because the people continued to sin.
Nature say no for the non religous, BiBle and nature for the rest of us.

Yes, but you must remember.....those that turn away from Sin and try to obey God's will can obtain forgiveness of their sins. To live in sin (that is un-repentant state) brings condemnation from God and eventual punishment.
Those of us that believe the bible believe homosexuality is a sin because it is expressly condemned in the old and new testaments, and please don't say they are "born that way" because there are too many documented instances of identical twins where one is gay and the other is not, if they were born that way then both would be the same since they have the same genetic composition. God gives us a sex drive but it is meant for us to control it and not for it to control us and violate His commandments.

Sorry to say, but no one is a born a sinner. one is born as flesh and blood- meaning in the future u will sin as u r only human. n thank God, he doesn think of any sin as greater or lesser than the other coz who knows if God forbid, tomorrow u go n murder someone then u wud be destined to hell widout being given another chance to accept Jesus as ur saviour n hence make urself eligible for heaven.

That still doesn't give anybody the right to sin. UPDATE we aren't all born with sin, thats why christ died for us.. NOT ALL THE SINS ARE THE SAME. There's the greatest sin, he unforgiveable sin, there's a lot of sins, big and small, you cant count stealing a cookie from a cookie jar the same thing as sleeping with a person the same gender as you.

The difference is this. When a person is saved they are covered by the Blood of Jesus Christ. Despite their shortcoming and faults God stills sees them through the Blood of His Son Jesus. And in the Blood of Jesus we find the grace and mercy to find forgiveness if we fall short. However, if you are not covered in the Blood of Jesus Christ, God will see you just as you are, sinful. It does not meant He does not love you any less. He loves the homosexual just as must as He loves the pastor or priest. But whether you are covered in Christ Jesus is what makes the difference. If you are covered then God will accept you as a son or daughter. If you reject the covering of God then you accept the punishment of not being covered......hell.

I don't know whoever told you that clergy were perfect but they need to be whacked over the head with a bible.
the bible says ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. we all need forgiveness for those sins through the blood of Christ. clergy or otherwise.

You talk as though everyone is the same.
Well, everyone is the same, except BORN-AGAIN people have been forgiven and when they are forgiven they receive the Holy Spirit.
In the eyes of God ALL MEN and WOMEN are sinful, but as born-again Christians, God now sees them through the blood of Jesus Christ. God knows they are guilty, but because they have out their trust in the ideal righteousness of His Son, Jesus Christ, He (God) counts them also as righteous.
Christians are just like everyone else except they have been forgiven and they have received the mind of Jesus Christ when they are saved.

Hun, I think you're on to something here. Now, just take it one tiny step farther. All have sinned, but all can also be forgiven. In fact, Jesus tells us that we are to forgive as many as 150 times a day! And that's just as well, cuz God knows, we are all capable of messing up at least that many times, yes?
