That's a double-edged sword you're carrying there. As a general rule, I always tell people that pick-up lines are for drunk girls you don't want to remember tomorrow. Telling someone you are not in a relationship with exactly how you feel can be dangerous though as well. Depending on how mature she is, and you are, this can backfire on you just as badly.
My suggestion is this: ask her out. Don't go into a 5 minute long explanation of why you're asking, just tell her you like her, and you'd like to take her out and get to know her better. If things go well, then go from there. If you don't seem to make a connection, then don't press it, just see what happens.

Start out being an upstanding young man.. There is not need to feel like you dont measure up. Before long you will develop a high SELF esteem...and be able to say how you feel rather than using "pick-up lines

do not use any pick up lines at all, they all are cheesy and will make you look lame. just start a conversation with her. start the conversation off with a question (example) How are you this evening. Do you come here a lot? I saw you come in and I just wanted to say hello. Or maybe one day just give her a simple hi, and the next time you see her shoot for the questions?

i used to be like that, well wen i was 12. But i learned to just be yourself and keep it simple and short try
" Hi, Im ____ I think your so pretty. It is ok if i give you my number/email. Maybe we can have lunch or coffee"
anyways keep it simple. Then if she gives you a positive response then, just be yourself and never talk about your ex, if you have kids, or how lonely you are on the first converasation..LOL. And while your talking to her , say something nice like how she looks good in what she is wearing or how beautiful her eyes. It works for me.
