I personally like the Maltese. They are so smart and affectionate. I had one for 16 years the dog always knew when something was bothering me. If I was sad he would lick my face as if to say everything will be okay. I now have a coton de tulear but he is not as smart as my Maltese was.

I love them all but Dobermans are smart, loyal and total sweethearts. They are called "velcro dogs" because they will attach themselves to you and want to be around you all the time even if you're just in the next room.

Mini Dachshunds are the best. When they run they look sooo cute. They are also weiner dogs so you can laugh at how funny and cute they look. Look at some pictures, you will agree.
