The best thing is to put on some conditioner
after you've washed your hair and leave it
in for a few hours this may mean putting a
plastic bag securely on your hair to keep the
conditioner from dripping onto your clothes.
After you rinse it off your hair will feel better.
Do this at least once a month or until you have
totally cutt off your dry ends. There are a large
number of spray leave in conditioners that would
be great for dry hair.
