Fairy dust - sprinkle some on him. Huh, you kids - you always think there are magic answers to everything. Anyway, it'd be best for him to stay as your best friend - as otherwise you will possibly eventually lose him as both. If he likes you, too, give it time, drop some hints to see how he feels about you, look out for body language (affectionate touching, etc) and maybe try this on him to see how he reacts - tell him that whichever girl he ends up with will be very lucky as he's very good looking and a wonderful friend, etc.

The first thing is.. are you old enough to date? if you are... there is nothing wrong with a female taking the first step by saying "How would you like to........ go see a movie or go eat some ice-cream and so etc etc.

start asking things like do you want to go to the moives with a bunch of friends? if he says yes be sure to sit next to him and at the scary parts hide your face in his shoulder!

Well, first I would hint around it some, like... " What are you doing this weekend?" if asks why just say "no reason" If you drive by or see and movie or restaurant that you like tell him... be like"Oh, i love that place", or "That movie looks totally awesome!"...Hope that helps, and you start going out real soon!

could be tricky, cause theres a reason u guys are best friends. ask ur self, if it doesnt work out, how good will it be to be best friends again.
