NO blame on the Romans, the Jews used the Romans to do the work for them, but it was the Jewish leaders who had the false charges against Him to make it come to that. They rejected the fact that Jesus was/is the Messiah. They felt the Messiah would come in and lay waste to their enemies, be involved in their politics and judgements, and bring them above everyone else. They misinterpreted everything in the Old Testament about the Messiah and how He would be meek. They had their OWN views of what the Messiah would be and still misinterpret it today saying prophets like Isaiah were talking of Israel. But the proof is there. Jesus IS the Lord and Saviour. But due to lies, men that made their own interpretations versus true scriptural, and haughtiness, He was handed over to the Romans.

The Jews disliked Jesus because be claimed to be God. This didn't set well with the leaders of the church.
The Romans condemned him for claiming to have powers greater than Caesar. This was a crime against the State punishable by death.
In the end, it was the Romans who executed Jesus. The final "coup" delivered by Captain Longinus.

Several thing, first of all don't blame the Jews for killing Jesus, all the Jews from the time of Jesus are now dead. That is like blaming all Hispanics for the inquisition or harming Catholics for the crusades. Secondly, you believe Jesus is god, right? yes. A normal person can't kill God, right? yes. So how can Jews have killed Jesus?

Jesus is a fictional character in an irrational primitive myth. However, if you wish to understand the roles of the characters in the story, the answer to your question would be thus:

The Jews only tried Jesus and found him guilty of heresy. However, lacking the authority to condemn a man to death, they turned the heretic, Jesus, over to the Romans for further evaluation. Pontius Pilate, who was a much more vicious ruler in real life than as portrayed in the bible, determined that Jesus was a troublemaker and needed to be executed. However, given his desire in the story to minimize Rome's culpability over Jesus' execution, he let a rowdy mob choose between the heretical rabbi, Jesus, and the popular Zealot, Barrabas. Given that Barrabas had a strong following and offered practical solutions to the immediate problem of Roman occupation, the mob chose to save Barrabas. And Christians, lacking the capacity to distinguish myth from reality, fiction from fact, have used this as an excuse to persecute Jews ever since.

fear for the change in a lifestyle most likely. In the end a martyr is what was created. Do keep in mind that the Romans killed him but at the insistance of the Jews. In the end both were to "blame"

The New Testament clearly states that Jesus was killed by the Jews.

Understand, however, this should not spark a backlash by the Christians. On the contrary, God allowed it to happen.
the Jews are God's chosen people. The Gospel of Jesus came to them first, then to the gentiles. One day every knee will bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. I believe, the Jews will remain during the tribulation as a witness for God, before being martyred. As a result, they will be given special recognition in heaven [Rev. 7]

Nevertheless, Jesus died as a blood sacrifice for all our sins...He was sinless, yet bore all of our sin in death. Thus, to those who accept this gift and place their trust in Jesus for all areas of their life, are justified before God the Father, are forgiven, have the righteousness earned by Christ imputed to them, and inherit the Kingdom of God. Heb. 2, 14, 15 also states that Jesus' death and resurrection rendered useless the devil's power over death, freeing man from its fear.

Did you not read the Bible?
The Bible says that God hardened the hearts of the Jews.
The Jews are nto to be blames for the death of Jesus, and it certanly should not be held against them!
And the holhocause had nothing to do with Jesus, hitler personally hated Jews because something happended to him in his early life and he blamed it on the Jews.

Jesus was supposed to be killed so he set up his own execution as part of his escape plan after delivering his message. Judas helped him do this. Judas got the message and understood it.
the jews that had him killed by the romans were those that did not accept his message and thought he was a pretender and a danger to them as he may bring the roman wrath on the jews. he was a rebel against the jewish faith so they had him killed.

The Jews didn't have the power to condemn a man to death only the ROMANS retained that right...therefore the Jews didn't kill Jesus. Herod had the authority to flog him and that's what he did...Beyond that it was all up to Pilate and Rome to determine the fate of Jesus. They made up some phony charges and crucified him. PEACE!

The Jews have nothing to do with the killing of the Christ since they had no legal authority to perform death senteces in former Palestine. It was a result of roman power wanting to get rid of all the mess and turbulence Jesus and his followers caused.
