You are correct the son named Jesus, is not god his father is and anyone that reads the bible should know that. But you also have to remember that not everyone is taught to read the Bible, and they rely on their church leader to teach them correctly which does not seem to be happening for those that believe that Christ is God. Christ himself prayed to the father and the Bible is quite clear about that. Also This same Christ said father why have thou forsaken me while he is dying on the cross or stake. Also Christ told Satan get thee behind me and only my father should you worship. But there is another section that states that Jesus is a mighty God, But it also states that he is only a mighty God, in The God's head. that is the Trinity, or Triune, which ever you believe in. There are so many people that thinks that they are saved and are not because they believe in some un-true thing that they were told was in the bible. And not reading it for them selves they maybe lost forever.
So continue to read your Bible, and never allow some one to deceive again................... P.S. Never stop telling the people the truth No matter how silly or stupid they may sound to you. And the person that quoted the Bible Did not quote it correctly. Also their many people that believe that Jesus Christ was God in the Flesh now if that was totally correct the why, did Jesus alway praise and prayed to his father and never to himself. When ever Christ had a question he prayed to his Father. There is only one God and thou shall have no other God, before me. One of the Ten Commandment.

Jesus is God (sorry if this is a little bit clumped together. I can't help it!

*said of God* *Mutual Name or Action* *said of Jesus*

Isa. 40:28 Creator John1:3
Isa. 45:11;43:11 Savior John 4:42
1 Sam. 2:6 Raise dead John 5:21
joel 3:12 Judge Matt. 25:31 ff.
Isa. 60:19-20 Light John 8:12
Exodus 3:14 I Am John 8:58
Ps. 23:1 Shepherd John 10:11
Hosea 13:14 Redeemer Rev. 5:9
Jer. 31:34 Forgiver of sins Mark 2:7,10
Ps. 148:2 Creator of Angels Col. 1:16
Isa. 45:23 Confessed as Lord Phil. 2:11

Okay, let me see if I can explain this to you. There are more things to add to whats up there, but I think you get the point. So on your left are the places where you find what is said about God. In the middle is what is said. On your right is the places where you find what is said about Jesus. Both God and Jesus have the same Names and Actions. So there is your proof that Jesus is God!

Once again, God the Father is God, Jesus is God and the Holy Spirit is God....ONE God 3 persons all are united in purpose and all agree in one. Please read Hebrews 1:8 God the Father is the speaker in this verse and God the Father recognizes Jesus as God. Also Revelations 1:8 Jesus is called almighty, only God is Almighty. John 1:1 says, In the beginning was the Word [ which is Jesus] and the Word was with God and the Word [Jesus] was God. So therefore Jesus is God also.

It isn't just a matter of cherry-picking the right verse from the Bible. Or finding a holy book at all, for that matter. The pith of the matter is that a large number of people saw and heard Jesus. They were completely convinced -- completely convinced -- that what they saw and heard could only come from God.

They heard his remarkable wisdom. They saw his miracles. Some witnessed the Resurrection. Others met him after his death. A great many dropped what they were doing and gave over their lives to following him and later spreading the word about him. Who would do such a thing unless they completely believed!

Some, like the Jehovah's Witnesses, have trouble believing what Jesus said about being God Himself. They think His words must be illogical. When you look at the story of what happened, though, written down in the sixth chapter of the Gospel of John, some people of Jesus' time had the same question. All we can say is that others saw and heard all Jesus said, and that He meant literally just what He said about Himself being God, and came away completely convinced. Vicariously by their belief in the evidence they saw, billions today believe.

The two biggest stumbling blocks for believig in Jesus, or God fod that matter are:
A) They must believe in a God that they cannot see
B) They must accept grace for which they cannot earn.

Jesus, according to John 1, was with the Father in the beginning. Jesus was part of the creation process. Jesus was and IS God and so is the Holy Spirit. These three are called the Holy Trinity. We believe that God is God, Jesus is God and the Holy Spirit is also God. Jesus was called the Son of God not because He was not God but because He became flesh and blood and in that relationshipo to God He was a Son. But, remember that the Bible it says that all the power of the Godhead resides in Jesus which proves that He was still, in fact, God.

It simple. It is like any human being. They are made up of three "person" They have a physical body. They have an eternal spirit. And the union of those two forms a living soul (the mind, will and emotions). In Genesis 2 you can read how God made the body from the elements of the earth, then breathed into the breath (same word is also translated spirit) of life, and man became a living soul.

God also is three "person", Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Just as your body as as much "you" as your mind, so the Father is as much "God" as the Son or the Spirit. And just as your body, your soul and your spirit serve different functions in different realms, so the Father, the Son and the Spirit serve different functions indifferent realms.

Paul explains it in Phillipians 2:5-11. He states the Jesus was God, co-equal with all the right and powers of God (see also John 1:1-5), but that He choose to not to keep that position. He choose to become a servant to God to the Father as His Son. After He became a servant, He went further and took human form(see John 1:14).

Mary supplied the physical and God supplied the spritual, and just like with Adam, when the two meet a living soul resulted. The one known as the "second Adam", Jesus Christ. He was 100% man, and sometimes called Himself the Son of man, but He was also 100% God, and also called Himself the Son of God.
Colossians 2:9 tells us that in Him "dwells all the Diety in bodly form."

Throughout His life as a man, He was obedient to God, even to the point of giving his life as a sacrifice to redeem mankind. That is why God raised Him up (back to life) and has given Him a position in heaven where everyone is to worship and serve Him. He returned to His position of God, while remaining still a separate "person" from His Father. Like when a human goes to heaven as their soul and continues to be a person without their body.

That is what the Bible says about Jesus.

Although i am one among the thousands and one whom you trust, if you think there is something which believe which you could believe that there is some life which is beyond expalnation and somebody has explored and wants everyone to know that we need to follow and live in a discipline which you would be judged and live the way to reach higher and fulfill your purpose in life.

If you have think living anyway, daily you get from your bed, do you cleaning, eat, sleep, work, njoy, sleep, if this is the routine, well thats fine. but u feel
that something which
you need to do which you feel complete
and i would call that is your purpose to find what make you complete
each person is different and different reason, each religion practice, preach which may or may not be religion as the original text is been over and over interpreted, but who thinks and acts n spirituality is the greatest divine thing as spirituality is beyond religion and ones thought.
Follow principles and not religion as god is present n everybody and n you too. Its just that invoke and be present to welcome one God n your life, trust, hope, faith and everything will come to show you direction n life and one such forces who new exactly what he needs to work towards to save this world was Jesus and there are couple of Englightened Souls n this world who are just not seen or heard n text, or ones life and each stage the Master/Guru will direct you too your higher destiny and that is what is needed to exercise as each day is a gift n living and creating value to others , loved or unloved one is the biggest purpose and such great soul was jesus too, trust to find Guru/God till you seek your heart is overjoyed and such God & Goddess you will find enough deities around the world, especially India & Buddhist Theory.

This "freaky redneck story" was repeatedly hashed out by the early church a few centuries shy of 2 thousand years ago.

In the Bible, Jesus says, and shows, that He was divine (miracles and observations of others gave the witness of that). In the Bible, Jesus says, and shows, that He was definitely human (experienced hunger, pain, overt compassion on those in pain, etc.).

Your "verse somewhere that proves it" has been read, recited, and argued before. This kind of reminds me of a father and son speaking of woman who was, respectively, wife and mother. It was the same woman, but the child could not understand how she could at once love dad most as well as love him, her son, most. She said to him, "Well, it is the same, but different." So was Jesus. Don't worry about it, just ask Him when you see Him at the end of your days here.

I because Jesus CHrist is God because I have done strenuous research into World History, American History, and Biblical history.

I make decisions based on proof and information.

As a Christian, I belive that God sent his son Jesus Christ to bear the sins of human beings because of how currupt we had become. The bible depicts numerous current events and it was written eons ago. Also, if you did ANY historical research of your own you would know that Jesus did exist....so that leaves the question of "was he divine" or not.

History proves that he was divine. You cannot find a grave for Jesus though he lived and you can find gravesites for the majority of other biblical persons. Also, The Shroud of Turin, and the Spear of Destiny are still around and they carry significance.

However, I will not teach this to you, it is my christian duty to show you the way to GOd and if you research what I have left you, you will undoubtedly find out the truth.

Nice Day,

Lawrence

Well if you read the bible you would see that God is the Father, Jesus is the son, and there's the Holy Spirit. Essentially it says God is in 3 persons, 3 forms.
