Is this for your school paper? If so, you can advertise first on the paper and then put some posters up on the bulletin board. Set up a drop box or email for the students to send their letters to. Let somebody wise and witty also funny but not sarcastic to answer the letters. If somebody writes in something about more serious topics maybe you should let the guidance counselor in to help with the student writer.

It's a harsh reality, first learn how to use proper grammar. Then you can visit your local school newspaper and ask. Then you do some research by reading various advice columns on the internet and in the papers / magazines to get ideas of how to structure and form yours.

Maybe you could talk to the editor of the newspaper at your school. Sounds like a great idea. Have a question box in the lobby if he allows it and go to it! I would love to do that.,

Step one: don't try to give anyone advice until you've learned proper grammar, punctuation and how to spell.

Focus on getting your education first before endeavoring to give others advice.

HEY DON'T WORRY ABOUT HOW YOU SPELLED THE WORD
THE MAIN THING IS THAT IT WAS UNDERSTOOD
YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO PREVIOUS COLUMNS AND USE YOUR SELF AS AN EXAMPLE TO MAKE YOUR OWN
DON'T COPY OTHER OR IT WILL NOT HAVE THE SAME MEANING
GOOD LUCK
