This will be my funnest answer today. :-)
OK - so I am going to assume that you have had your first kiss and are comfortable with that.
Making out is simply the extended version of kissing with some variations.
Tips -
make your breathing match theirs.
touch them in sensitive places (not THERE) but like the eyebrows, the earlobes, the back of the neck, the collar bone, the wrists.
suck on their tounge.
lick their lips gently
lick the underside of their tounge
kiss the corners of their mouth
kiss their neck
hold them tight.
But dont stress it. If he's under 20 he won't know if you "make a make out mistake". If you click teeth - just laugh it off. It will all feel good as long as your comfortable and he is into it. Don't move too fast - making out is the expoloration of eachother without leading to sex. Don't rush it. Enjoy every sensation. Touch him how you want to be touched, gently and lovingly. He will reciprocate. Once you have move onto sex, making out falls byt the wayside, enjoy it for the innocence that it is. :-)
