I used to put thick slices of wholemeal bread in the bottom of the oven cut into fingers so they would bake hard. Great if teething.

There is a teething cookie called Zwiebacks. They are sold in the grocery stores for about $2 a box. Babies love them and they are great for teething!

Anything soft that will dissolve in her mouth....baby crackers, Cheerios, etc. Look at the baby food section of the grocery store too...there are alot of options out there.

try rusks wotsits bananas are all good as they go soggy so less chance of her choking avoid apple and carrot sticks like some of the baby books say my daughter choked on apple at 12 months and was admitted to hospital it really isn't worth the risk good luck

cheerios, bananas, fruit that comes in the little bowls...chopped up real small, I would check out around the baby food at the store...there is so much out there for little slobbery no teeth chewers. :)

Apples and hot dogs are the #1 thing kids choke on. even cut up apples. if you give babies or even toddlers hot dogs slice them length wise so they are not round. they are the perfect size for a plug in the esophagus!

Instant mash with fish in parsley sauce, my daughter loved it when she was small, healthy and cheap too. I know it's not finger food but tastes great.

frozen peas are great, babies love them when they're teething or when it's hot. Also frozen green beans, and of course cheerios - they help with fine motor skills, too

Soft foods... mushy bananas, peas, things that you can make small enough and are squishy enough to not choke the baby.
