The rogue regime in Iran, controlled by anti-Semitic madmen, has publicly and repeatedly waved a potential nuclear sword, promising to annihilate Israel. It has loosed its terrorist puppet, Hezbollah, and has pressed forward with its nuclear weapons program.

A worst-case scenario would unroll if Israel were to launch a major air strike against Iranian nuclear facilities in the next few months. A limited air strike against a "choke point," such as the Iranian uranium conversion facility at Isfahan, would likely disrupt Iran's nuclear program for a long time. The problem is what happens then.

Iran will respond in some way, all of which are devastating to regional and international security. They could lob scuds at Israel and US bases in the region.

They could block the Strait of Hormuz, cutting of the oil pipeline.

They could stop selling oil.

They could use their connections with Hezbullah to launch terrorist strikes against U.S. interests.

They could do all or any of the above in combination. The only feasible targeting of an Israeli (or US for that matter) nuclear attack would be the hardened facility at Natanz, 75 ft under hard rock. The other nuclear facilities are soft targets and can be taken out by conventional weapons.

Im pretty okay with that but the thing is that it would leave India
at a difficult spot since India is a key military ally of both Israel
and Iran and since Russia suports Iran India is also a huge
ally of Russia. India is equally powerfull with militaries with
Israel and a little stronger then Iran.

Why are there so many idiots discussing issues like this? none of you have any understanding of science, none of you have contributed anything towards the making of nukes, none of you know what a nuke does... you just run around in circles saying "nukes, nukes.." You idiots would piss in your pants if you saw a test detonation of a nuke.

If you at all cared, you should join a movement for total nuclear disarmament all over the world. No one should have them. Not Iran, not Russia, not Israel, Pakistan, India, not UK, not France, not China and not USA either.

I don't like that they are all fighting but it has been this way for many years now. I think it's high time to cease the fighting and look forward towards a resolution.

However, I think a country should be able to defend itself for the safety of her people. It's tough situation that will only hurt Israel. The neighboring countries don't want Israel to exist and they are going to continue to fight to get what they want.

If it does strike, it will be merely nuclear-appropriate sites. in the event that they attack the rest (particularly civilian goals), they're going to lose the ethical severe floor, giving Israel's enemies greater motivation (and international help) to strike decrease back.
