Well Has anyone recieved the REAL Holyghost,that makes you speak in a language that you have never spoken?

Yes. What Peter is refering to when he says, "Babtised in the name of Jesus Christ" is that you have to be born again, or babtised by fire. See John chapter 3. Read what Jesus said to Nicodemus about being born again.

Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

I believe that if you repent and are baptized you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

When you are saved you receive the Holy Ghost (not through the act of baptism). It is through grace by faith in Jesus.
