All your basics first -English, math,science, history, biology, micro biology, nutrition, more math, more science, language course, chemistry, psychology, pharmacology, basic nursing courses, and don't forget all the Labs more math more science.about 4 to 5 more years of this. good luck...

You need to become a doctor first.
Pediatrics is a specialization, and you have to devote more years to that after your MBBS.
Premed, medschool, and then you go for the specialization.
