You've been reading Dante: nice job! The Medieval perception was that Hell was as far away from the "warmth" of God as possible. The center of Hell, therefore, was infinitely cold, with Satan immobile in the clutches of ice, free only to chew select ultimate sinners for eternity. Interesting concept...

It was in the center of the Earth, as that was the farthest one could go away from God (the Earth being the center of the Universe, etc...)

The heaven and the earth shall pass a way and there will be a new heaven and a new eart there will be no sun in the sky or will there be any night the last days stars will fall from the heaven the earth will not be desroyed by water again but by fire

It is my believe that the earth and the sun will colide and become the eternal lake of fire which the bible speaks of Rev20:10

You will need a pretty big ladder if you wish to get to the middle of the earth. But why bother, you can find hell here on earth much quicker. It abounds everywhere you look. Probably around the corner will suffice.
Or you don't need to move a muscle and go to the recesses of your mind!
So you see, the possibilities are endless for experiencing hell.

It's a little town in Michigan a short drive northwest of Ann Arbor. Being a Buckeye, that makes a lot of sense. It's also apparently a Boy Scout destination and has a few nature trails to and from it. In the middle of town, there is a sign where you can get a picture of yourself and your friends in Hell. I did this a few years back in winter so I could prove to others that there really are cold days in Hell.

Take that idiot Pisslam's Queeran, Insane Islam, or whatever other moniker he's going by, with you. Drop him off somewhere and lose him for good. If anyone needs to be buried at the Earth's core, it's him/IT.

Let's just hope never to see him erupt from some volcano. If that does happen, let's hope it's on an uninhabited island somewhere in the middle of shark infested waters.

Hahahahahahaaa!!! Good question!!! I know that as a child that is where I thought Hell might be!!.. after all... why else would people say "You are going down to hell when you die!!"...

I no longer believe this... but... perhaps others do...

I'm not even sure what hell is like... but I don't dwell upon it because I don't think that knowing what it is like will help me better prepare to follow the commandments and to go to Heaven...

I prefer to focus on Joy in Heaven, no more tears, no more sorrow... and more Joy than we can even imagine!

Atheist scientists will tell you the centre of the earth is hotter than the surface of the sun. Thats pretty hot! Jesus also tought that Hell was in the centre of the earth.

It is a theory made by some Christians. No one will ever be able to find out though, so no point in dwelling on it.
