To answer your first question, all fetuses are inherently female, but the reproductive organs are extremely similar just shaped differently. The clit is the woman's version of the penis, but the nerve is more exposed. We even have the luxury of being uncircumsized (hood). As for your second question, why don't you buy a second toothbrush to use for your teeth now that the first one is "tainted."
