Everyone has their own opinion on this. I wear them when my hubby and I go out on date nights together. He enjoys me in them and I have the confidence to wear them. I don't care what anyone else may think because I am doing this for him and he is dressed up for me as well. That is all that matters to us.
I hope you also have the confidence to wear what ever you want and not worry about what anyone else may think.

Depends. Some girls can wear miniskirts and it looks hot, other people who are maybe over weight don't look good in them and so they come off as slutty.

Uh when I wear a mini skirt I'm usually not trying to look like sluty, but I've seen some reallyy short black mini skirts and those can be pretty slutty

just depends on what you think you look like you know how you are dressing if you think you look like a slut and you wear it then slutty if not then you know your hot
