I went to school with a lot of Japanese (from Japan, not Asian-American) students and they would eat a whole brownie with chopsticks. Stuff the whole thing in their mouth. It was amazing.

I don't know how they eat anything with chop sticks!
The only thing I can eat is fruit with chop sticks. You can use one and stick and stab it.

Let's put it this way: table manners is a whole different ball-game on the other side of the planet... My Chinese friends say they just put stuff in a bowl, grab the bowl, and just use the chopsticks to help shovel it down. The way we delicately use chopsticks over here is really just making it more difficult because we are also trying to follow Western ideas of table ettiquette. Seriously, who over here expects that belching is good table manners?

I can use chopsticks for just about anything. The soup presents a bit of a problem, though. But it could be done. Just it would take about three days to finish an eight ounce bowl.
