My grandfather that died april 2004,never got to say goodbye..and tell him how much i love him....so if u can see this....u mean everything to me...and ty for being there when no1 else was..i miss u terribly!!!

It brought tears to My eyes just reading Your question. And I knew immediately who it would be, My Aunt , My Dad's Sister. She died such a long time ago, over twenty years ago.
My Dad was difficult, to say the least. He as I would relate to , was an equal opportunity abuser, which means He took His anger out on everyone. My Mom, My Brother, and Myself. I am pretty sure that His Dad was hard on Him and His Brothers and Sister as well. My Dad's Sister did not come to visit often, no one did for that matter, because that is how My Dad wanted it. But when She did come to see us, She always treated us, like a Person should actually be treated. She made us feel special, and loved. I had My only taxi ride with She and My Brother, She took us to a Department Store and bought us both baseball mitts, (that is what We both wanted). We would play baseball in the back yard as a form of escape from inside the house. I knew when I was around Her that there is hope for a better Life. And I found out later, there certainly is. Thank You Aunt Pat for loving us so much, and for showing us hope. I lost My Brother not long ago to cancer. I miss Him every day.
I hope that everyone has an Angel like My Aunt Pat, in their life, especially if They desperately needed one, like We did.

My grandfather died in 04 too. He lived in AZ and I live in MI. My sis and bro tried everything to see him. Plane tickets were way out of our ledge. We decided to rent a car, The day that we were going to start to drive out he pass. I am so ashamed that I never got a chance to say Good bye or even see him.

My Grandad died today. I didn't want to go and see him as he had deteriorated badly in a physical way and I knew that this image of him would stay with me. Some may think this a selfish attitude but my Grandma said she totally understood and he wouldn't know me anyway. We were always so close and we spent much of my childhood together. So Grandad, I want to say thanks for all the fun and I will always love you.

Hmmmm... I have 2 people I want to thank...
1) My bully of a late husband... Thankyou for going 1 step too far and showing me I didn't need you to stand on my own 2 feet. I now have the courage and strength to be myself! I don't miss you!
2) My boyfriend of 4 yrs... Thankyou for loving me for who I am and being patient with me. I will love you forever xxxxxx

I wish that I could say it to my Gramma. she instilled within me a good work ethics. She died before I could get to her. I miss her very much. She was the only one that I could talk to or needed a hug. She didn't even minded me calling her mom. and she told me that I was the best daughter that she has ever had.
