It's HALO-HALO, in English it literally means mix-mix. It's a Filipino sweet treat. You mix it in a tall glass or a bowl and add the sweetened fruits, like jack fruit, purple jam, garbanzos, beans, banana, leche flan (custard), tapioca pearls, sago pearls, nata de coco, kaong ( sweet plum), and then you add crushed ice and milk and sugar, then you topped it off with rice crispies or ice cream.. Hmmm, very refreshing...

summer fruits (peaches, cantelopes, honeydews, watermelons, strawberries, nectarines, plums, cherries, mandarins, MANGOES) mmm...

i also like pearl tea or boba (tapioca balls in either an iced or blended iced flavored drink) in thai tea flavor, honeydew or lychee.

also, koreans eat this thing called pat bingsu comprised of crushed ice, sweet red bean, condensed milk, and a whole bunch of mixed fruits on top like kiwis, grapes, strawberries, melons and you can even add little jelly candies... oooooo i craaaave that now.

shaved ice with the flavored syrups and of course ice cream.
