You can find lactose free products at the grocery store because intolerance is a very common condition. My dad has intolerance & for milk he drinks Dairy Ease.

Generally speaking you may be able to eat cultured dairy products such as yogurt and kefir because the active bacteria does some of the work for your digestive tract. You might start with small amounts of that to see if you tolerate it. If you really must drink milk, consider finding a source of raw milk in your area. Raw milk still has the healthy bacteria in it which makes the milk easier to digest. Research raw milk thoroughly though before you get some. There is some controversy, but the bottom line is that far more people get sick from pasteurized milk than raw milk. Try rawmilk.org as a starting ground for information.

Simply replace your daily milk with soya milk. Soya milk in tea tastes great, soya will also build great health :)
