Probably not if you're driving just a little over the limit, and keeping up with traffic.
But if you're driving significantly faster than the limit, or whizzing by traffic, you're endangering yourself as well as other motorists. Which would be a sin, yes.
It's also an act of selfishness -- thinking that one's getting from Point A to Point B faster is more important than public safety and obeying the traffic laws. Which also makes it sinful.

Actually, it is. Because the bible says that God established the authorities that exist and to obey the laws of the land. And whosoever resists the authorites of the land resist God. Think about it. When some people drive too fast or get drunk they end up getting killed or badly injured. Just imagine what would have happened if they would have obeyed the law. I know it's not always fun. But the bible says the observe the law for conscience sake. Or because of the fact that you are aware that God commanded you to do so.

Only if your getting, well you know... while driving and speeding due to that. Or if you are speeding away from a scene where you just killed someone, or slept with someone's wife. But speeding just for the sake of speeding... I would say no.

Well, the Bible does say to obey the superior authorities, that anyone taking a stand against the superior authorities is taking a stand against God as the superior authorities stand placed in their relative position by the power of God. So if your speeding above the set speed limits by the superior authorities aren't you disobeying the superior authorities, hence God as well.

I suppose so because the Bible says to follow the laws of the land. But no, sin doesn't exist outside of fairy tales.
