I used to work at Jamba Juice back in the day here is a recipe for the strawberry smoothie everyone used to order.....though I can't remember the name.
In a blender put about 3 inches of apple juice, add 2 scoops of vanilla frozen yogurt, two large scoops of frozen strawberries and one smaller scoop of frozen bananas, then a little crushed ice and blend. But you can also use fresh fruit instead of frozen, just add a few extra strawberries and a little more ice at the end.

Help! I need a recipe for strawberry smoothies! I just tasted the one from Orange Julius called Strawberry Sensation and it was delicious. Does anyone have a recipe for that too? Your recipes will be much appreciated.

I grab a handfull of frozen strawberries, the juice from 1 lime, a cup of plain yogurt,a dash of vanilla extract and a little bit of sugar... I prefer splenda.
Throw it all in a blender and enjoy!! I might add a splash of milk to thin it out a little.
