Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying. Loose as much as you want to !
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

Exercise is very important.

I was and am in the same boat as you, but I have lost lots of weight doing what a personal trainer has taught me.

First, instead of 3 big meals a day. Have 5 small meals a day. About 250-300 calories per meal. This will boost your metabolism and energy. Include natural foods: fruits, as many veggies as you want. Don't starve yourself, and eat what you want. Don't deprive yourself of the things you enjoy, however, enjoy them in moderation. Try to keep the eating schedule constant... every 3 or so hours have something to eat, and try not to eat after 7 or 8.

Exercise: You should hit the gym maybe 3 times a week, each day working a different muscle group: Chest and back, Arms, and Legs. Work each group of muscles... about 30-45 minutes of lifting. Then try to do about 5 days a week of cadio. About 30-45 minutes a day with your heart rate between 145-180 bpm.

This doesn't mean you need to run everyday or go to the gym everyday. Arrange a soccer game or football or some sport a day or two a week. Bike another day. Run or walk another day. Just keep it fun and different, and you won't get burnt out.

Do all this and you will see results as early as a couple of weeks. I lost 20 or so pounds in the first 3 weeks of this plan. Also, don't get discouraged. Just get into the swing of things, and you'll see results in no time.

I recently lost 20 lbs.

I joined a gym. I do an hour of cardio 3 times a week. I also lift weights.

I cut out all soda and fast food. Although once a week, I take a day where I eat what I want.

I replaced the soda with water and juice. I eat yogurt and fruit for a breakfast. I eat a sandwhich for lunch. And Yogrt and more fruit for dinner. I know sounds bland and it does get old but once you look in the mirror and see the differance in your body it is worth it.

Also, I take water pill and a multi vitamin.

Listen...If you want to lose weight, the only way you are going to do it is by eating less calories! You have to drink less eat less and be somewhat active. You don't have to exercise all that much, but it would help. Remember calorie reduction is the key. If you eat 3000 calories/day chances are you will continue to gain weight at a slow, yet steady pace. If you eat less than 1800 calories/day you will lose weight slowly, but steadily. If you want to crash diet, simply eat no more than 1 meal in the afternoon not to exceed 800 calories and drink ONLY water throughout the day. Do not eat anything 2 hrs before you sleep, or 2 hrs after you wake up. Do not exceed more than 1000 calories in any given day. Don't think you can cheat and make it up on another day by eating nothing because that doesn't work. Stay away from diet or non-diet soda, sweet drinks...just drink water, but not too much water. Don't sleep more than 6 hrs. either. Don't drink any more than 6/8 oz. glasses per day. Good Luck!

It's a long process, but if you are committed you can do it. Basically the only real way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat in a day. Which means exercising--even just a walk--every day is necessary. Work up to longer times. And obviously eat lower fat foods, lean protein.
It would be really helpful if you had a friend or someone you could talk to in this process. It's much easier.

Let me know if I can help!

STOP drinking soda if you do drink any. . replace it with WATER... yep my dear you save yourself all the calories the soda contains (130+). AND start an excersie that your comfortable with ... running, playing any sports (baskeball, soccer, football, tennis) the key here is to sweat lots!! even rope jumping.! i lost 20 pounds in two weeks doing this! AND HERES A HINT: have at least one Fruit and One Vegetable a day along with some vitamins. (one a day- active or sport) you'll be much more energized trust me this will work. hope you concider my advice! much luck to you and keep it up you can do it!!!! Cut out as much bread as you eat----hamburgers, sandwiches, etc, and just eat the meat. Cut out as much pasta as you eat; make the portions smaller. Cut out as much sugar as you eat.

You don't have to give up food. Just eat less of it. Move around more, take a walk! If you have stairs in your house, walk up and down the stairs 10 times as as quickly as you can----walk, not run. Do this once a day.

Just those little changes, you will see weight loss in a very short time.

My husband is you height and he got over 200 pounds. He did exactly the things I've described. In 4 weeks, he'd lost 22 pounds. In 8 weeks, he was down to 176.

The best thing to do is replace bad habits with good ones.

Eat breakfast as soon as you get up, and you will set your metabolism for the day. Any meat you want to eat should be eatten at breakfast as it will have the opportunity to be fully digested by bed time.

Walk/Use Stairs every chance you get, stop taking the elevator when you only have to walk up 4 flights. Walk to the corner store, instead of driving, use your body as much as you can to get the maximum benefit of your efforts.

Stop eatting sweets, dairy and bread. This is self-explainitory. Make sure to cut back on starches as well.

Good luck.

Throw away butter, cheese, whole milk, cooking oils, start eating only vegetables, use tofu for your protein. You will be doing this for about one year. Also start exercising, it can be as simple as walking, whatever it is, it will seem kinda hard at first so do not overdo it, go into it gradually and stay comfortable with it, but add more as you can. Once your weight drops under about 190 you might think about running, but stop immediately if your knees start to hurt. Like I said, about one year to lose the weight.
