what kind of job are you looking for and which state do you live in?
If you have a highschool diploma or a GED in the state of OHIO and in some other states you can become a State Tested Nurse's Assistant.
There are several programs offered by high schools that you can take, but if you look really hard... you may be able to find a nursing home or a hospital to pay for your training and provide you with a job. Ask around, call hospitals, nursing homes... go to colleges or technical schools or even high schools. They will be able to help you out more.
And if you're lucky, some states don't even require state testing.

What kind of job are you trying to find? What level of education have you completed? Most jobs in health require at least an associates in medical training.
