TINY PASTA STEW
Use alphabets or little stars, orzo, or tiny circles. Or use a combination of them all. The child in your life will love this, and so will the child in you.
4 cups vegetable bouillon or Chicken broth.
1 box frozen diced carrot, pea, corn
1/2 cup diced zucchini
1/2 cup diced yellow summer squash (optional)
1/2 cup diced firm tofu or miced meat.
Bring the bouillon to a boil in a medium-small saucepan. Add all vegetabe Simmer 5 minutes, or until all the vegetables are perfectly tender.
Stir in tofu, and cooked pasta, and simmer for just a couple of minutes longer.

Yes, take one small child, cover them in baking chocolate, then sprinkle some red - green peppers over them
put them in a pre-heated oven ( top is best for crispy results )
cook on reg 9 for about 5 hours, fan assisted.
serve piping hot for best results.
I find this children`s recipe both sweet and savoury.

I am wondering if Irina has ever had children. Maybe its easy and quick in Russia to make all that up for kids, but here, we are lucky to get a straw in a juice box before all chaos commences. No offense Irina, I just thought it was funny... Mac a cheese but never more then once a week..

Kraft Foods' website is full of great recipes. A few simple ones that my kids like are:
Hot dogs wrapped in crescent rolls and baked
Italian meatball and tater tot shish kebabs
Green beans in mushroom soup with french fried onions on the top
Tuna noodle casserole with crumbled potato chips on the top
Mashed potatoes with cheese baked in circles with crumbled bacon on top
On the sweet side:
Soy milk and frozen fruit smoothies
Fruit kebabs
Peach sorbet and fresh raspberry puree
Strawberries and bananas over angel food cake
Frozen banana pops

Easy pizza.. very simple. If you want to make it with the ingredients you have already just toast some bread and let your child add his own cheese, tomato, sweetcorn, cooked chicken, ham, baked beans or whatever they like and put it back under the grill unitl lightly browned. If you have largish cookie cutters you can let them cut the bread into shapes before you toast it. My son used to love making these and i know it sound really cheap but they will enjoy making these.

2 quickies i do at nursery all the time,
1, icing biscuits you can try to draw all sorts of fun things IE numbers letters, faces etc,
2, make fruit kebabs with the children, help them to cut up square pieces of colourful different fruit and encourage them to slide on a piece at a time as they try to name the fruit and its colour.
ENJOY!!!
