I am writing my dissertation at the moment and so at the computer all day. I sleep 8 hours at night and exercise every day, eat OK and drink 2l of water a day but I always drop off! Any ideas?

For many people it is natural to fall sleap in the afternoon. If you can give yourself a little nap that will help you be more refreshed and work better. You can dring a cafinated bevarage or try to do some excercise, or even power through it and try to get work done.

Cut back on what you eat for lunch. Your blood sugar may be triggering this drowsiness.

If you feel drowsy, go for a 5 minute walk. This will re-energize your metabolism for a short while. Plus it's always good to take frequent computer breaks!

Have your blood sugar levels checked. or you may have Sleep Apnea. Both are easy to check and treat. :)
