Chicken stock comes in a can or carton and can be purchased at a grocery store. You can also make chicken stock by boiling the insides of a chicken (i.e. liver, etc) and then removing the insides and using the juices.

I don't know what chickem stock is,but I know that chicken stock is just the broth of the chicken, or just the juices of a cooked chicken. You can either make it yourself or I think you can buy all types of stock in either the soup aisle or the cooking/baking aisle of any supermarket.

Chicken stock is basically chicken flavored water.

You can boil chicken part to get chicken stock, or use canned chicken broth or mix chicken flavored bullion cubes with hot water.

Yup, it's the tastey, chickeny soup that's left over when you boil chicken bones and things. :)
