Computer fans aren't powerful enough to lift a bot. What you're talking about is like a hovercraft or helicopter, depending on how high you want to hover.

There are a number of places that can sell you kits, parts, and plans; Google on "model hovercraft" or "model helicopter".

A remote control helicopter is more or less a levitating bot. If you are adventurous enough to design your own code to control it, then you would have a true bot, I suppose. You would have to tinker with the controller unit quite a bit though. Then again, there may be automated mini helicopters out on the consumer market already; I have no idea. The military has UAVs. It stands to reason some company would try to mimic the idea.

Anyway, check with a hobby shop or RC hobbyist websites.

The fan isn't powerful enough.
