If you are thinking an actual present as opposed to your conduct with him --it would be a very thoughtful gift you really know he would like--
you'd have to observe him and see something you think he'd like but didn't get because of the cost, or something he doesn't know about but you are absolutely sure he'd like
or do something something like offering to spend a day with him doing exactly what he'd like,
But mostly you can show your love by being thoughtful, friendly,
making his life happier, and paying attention to what he needs or wants at the moment
and making it clear by your general attitude you like him and really like being around him, and if he likes it spontaneous kisses or hugs to show you like him
I'm not suggesting you build your whole life around him, or sacrifice yourself, but simply that you pay attention and within reasonable limits do things that will make him happy

Always make him feel like a man. Never take that away from him. If you love him you will always make sure he knows and feels like a man no questions asked.
