Try acknolwedging the presence of beauty yourself. Then redirect his attention back to you.
"Oh yeah, I saw her too, gorgeous dress. I have
this feeling though that she's not interested in packing you lunches in the morning!" /giggle
Statements like this might:
a) take him offguard, because he got caught (and called out) looking at someone else.
b) but then you've given him permission to use his eyes to a reasonable extent (hey I love people watching too.)
c) while you don't come out and put her down to make yourself look better (which smacks of obvious insecurity, and being mean or rude is never attractive), you remind him that... by the way, he's here with YOU, not her, and how much better he has it anyway, and something that he can appreciate about you.

Be mysterious. I think that's the whole key.
Don't make him feel that he knows everything about you.
It's really important when you would sleep with him, cuz yourself is the most thing you could give to him. If you give yourself too easily, you can't be mysterious enough.
If you have, that's the past, now you have to feel secured about yourself, love your self, and make him feel that you are a very interesting girl who loves to try new things...and that can be very mysterious.

all guys look at other girls....just be as cool as possible...If you catch him looking say "Wow, she's hot!!" He'll think you're awesome!!!
