Okay...most logical answer might be water; but, a nice big cold jug of sweet tea would be awesome. Helps quench the thirst and put carbs in the system and a smidge of caffeine to help your energy level. Then...a steak.

According to MayoClinic.com, yup, water is the #1 contender, with sports drinks a close second. Small amounts only, please, no big glasses, as this will only induce emesis!!
