I started the low carb diet 2 weeks ago?

and lost about 15 pounds but my legs will go numb and tingly or my arm what can I do to make this stop or this a sign something is wrong

You lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time this could cause it. You also might not be getting enough nutrients. You may want to call a Doctor and ask for a Doctor opinion it is not normal!

I am also very overweight and have tried low carb dieting a couple of times with great success, but let me tell you that I have always rebounded heavily for one simple reason: I have not at any point succeeded with an ongoing training or exercise program.
As for your numbness and tingling, it surely is a sign of lack of energy circulating in your blood (e.g. no sugar availability) or lack of the right vitamins reaching your muscles and nerves. You have lost a lot of weight so I would say continue with your program, but you have to incorporate some way of injecting vitamins into your body.
At GNC they sell some pills that make a good complement for anyone who is low carb dieting and lacks some nutrients that are not usually present in their diets.
Please let me know what sort of foods you are eating.

I suggest talking to a doctor. One of the (many) problems with Atkins and low carb diets is that they can cause gout.
