Do some soul-searching or meditation. Why do they conflict? Can that conflict somehow be resolved? Is there another religious path that would better suit you?
All in all, I don't believe that blindly following any religion to the T is wise. Mature spirituality means recognizing that nothing in this world is perfect, and following your own reasoning and morals is the best way to a reach a relationship with whatever higher being you deem exists.

ANY "revealed" religion has to be taken on faith. If you are unable to keep faith in the religion, you need to find some other meaning in life. There are hundreds of life philosophies followed by human beings; learn about the ones that appeal to you and fit your "reason, experience and conscience."

I know in Christianity there are many books written to explain (and many would say "prove") scientific facts that correspond with the Bible. I'm sure other such books are available for other religions. Maybe you should give these documents equal time against your experience, etc.I don't know what you mean by "revealed".
I don't know what i think about religion right now. We might be better off just lovin' each other. Hope you figure it out.

As a rational being, I would, in this scenario, decide that my religion were in error and choose a more rational set of beliefs to live by. Contrast that with what most people would do: burn all the contradictory books, kill off anyone intelligent enough to disagree, and argue that any faculty of intellect that contradicts the revelation is clearly a manifestation of "the Devil."

Not sure what you mean by "revealed religion" but, since reason and experience led me away from christianity, I am still looking for exactly where I fit. Not sure an organized religion of any sort is right for me. Still on my spiritual path of discovery though.

start again like a child and try to see things for the first time
leave all you know behind and research from the beginning
study other religions , study atheism also .. see things from all sides ..
learning is great and never a waste of time so you can even enjoy doing it
and make up your own mind with what makes sense to you
and if there is a god ( which i believe there is ) then i think even god would want you to think logically and use your own judgement on whats right or wrong for you personally
enjoy xx

Pope John Paul II The Great taught that true faith and true reason cannot contradict. Read 'Fides et Ratio' (Faith and Reason). It is very enlightening. It shows how, contrary to popular belief, catholics are allowed to think. This is very different than many fundamentalist Christians, who are told what to think about certain scientific discoveries.

I suppose different religions have different approaches to that. For example, in Catholicism:
"When he listens to his conscience, the prudent man can hear God speaking."
So for that religion, if it ever turned against, conscience, it says to listen to conscience.

it cannot happen. Quran (holy book of islam) encourages reasoning , and logic. because God has given us mind, it will never happen that our mind is saying one thing and God is saying opposite.
This is one of the ways to judge true scripture and revelation from God.
Quran says,
And do not follow (blindly) any information of which you have no (direct) knowledge. (Using your faculties of perception and conception, you must verify it for yourself. (In the Court of your Lord,) you will be held accountable for your hearing, sight, and the faculty of reasoning."[Quran 17:36]
QUran 25:33 And no question do they bring to thee but We reveal to thee the truth and the best explanation (thereof).
Islam demands proofs and evidences.
Say: "Produce your proof if you are truthful."
Holy Qur'an 2:111
==========
Islam is based on proofs , evidences, reason, logic and science. Quran asks questions in several places, that "DONT YOU UNDERSTAND".
