The only thing that would probably survive would be things like chips and stuff....Cant you take the cooler inside and leave it in the break room or under a desk? You could also get things like canned ravioli with the easy-pop lid, and heat it in the microwave....if they have one.
If not, it should get hot enough in your car...LOL

Fruit, cereal. If you could take a bowl from home you could get milk for cereal at a convenience store or take cereal bars. Fruit (except bananas if it gets hot in your car) would be good. Dried fruit is another option. You might try putting your fruit in your cooler. You wouldn't have to do that but it just might make it more pleasant to eat. You can get those blue ice things to freeze each night and not have to buy ice. You can usually find them at a dollar store. Coleman makes a cooler that they guarantee will keep food cold for three days. I have one and it is excellent. Stays much colder, longer and with just three blue ices in it. It's a large cooler, not a lunch size. You might look into one of those in the future. Raw veggies that won't wilt if you don't carry your cooler....like baby carrots. With carrots, fruit and cereal bars you could have a pretty good lunch. Maybe you should ask if there's some place you could put a cooler inside. It seems a little unreasonable to expect you to work for twelve hours without a place to keep your lunch. Also, the coleman cooler I mentioned kept 3 dozen eggs cold all night with those 3 blue ices sitting out in my car last night and it's hot here.

There aren't too many things that would be considered a meal that could last in your car. Couldn't you bring the cooler inside, or get a small lunch box type cooler with ice packs? If not your only options would probably be peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, some fruit like apples, or bananas that don't need to be kept cold. . .maybe things like snack foods as well, like crackers, chips, cookies, etc. But you probably don't want to eat stuff like that as your lunch! Only other thing I could think of that wouldn't spoil would be like soups, or canned meals, but then you would need somewhere to heat them up. I think you should talk to the company and see if you can't have a access to a fridge somewhere, or if they mind a small cooler or lunch bag near your desk. Good luck!

Do take a cooler and you can buy "icepacks" to keep things cool. You put them in your freezer overnight and use them during the day. Back in the freezer at night. Suggest fresh fruit. Water. Pasta salads where there's a lot of variation and many do not require mayonnaise. Baguette with cold cuts, use condiments in those packages so you can add it when you're ready to eat. Roast chicken, fried chicken -- if you don't have time to cook, buy it at your local grocery store, deli counter.

Obviously you can only take something that won't spoil quickly when warm. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, chips, fruit. Otherwise, try the 'cooler' type lunch boxes with the frozen pack inside to take more perishable items.

Spaghetti O's
PPJ
Fruit
Veggies
Salad
You can buy pizza rolls or hoagie rolls from the grocery store that do not need to be refrigerated and they have different types
Campbells soup at hand
I would suggest using the cooler with an ice pack or two...it'll be better than nothing...
Good luck!

You can get a cooler style lunch bucket and put an ice pack ( or two) in it. Or the old stand by of peanut butter and jelly! Packaged fruit or apple sauce, dried fruit, chips or nuts. Also, fruit itself if you don't mind it warm.
