How do I do visible highlights at home?

With a perforated cap or a brush or tin foil? I'd like the darker base to show, and blonde highlights.

Loreal has great highlight kits. No one fails with doing it at home with these products.

apply lemon juice on ur hair and sit in the sun for an hr or so...u'll have natural highlights...

herbal essence highlights are good, you can buy the box at a grocery store or wal-mart
